This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's land situated at S.No.334/2A, comprised in Patta No.4024 in Kalapoor Revenue Village, Singampuneri Taluk, Sivagangai District, considering the petitioner's application dated 17.10.2022.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the property in S.No.334/2A in Patta No.4024 situated at Kalapoor Revenue Village, Singampuneri Taluk, Sivagangai District. He has made an application before the respondents on 17.10.2022, to survey the said property and also paid necessary fees. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard Mr.T.Veerakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Considering the above facts, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 17.10.2022, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
