ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2022, wherein the petitioner requested the third respondent to allot a residential plot. 2.The petitioner further contends that he had paid a sum of Rs. 25,000/- towards the initial deposit for allotment of a residential plot on 04.05.2006. Despite being eligible, the third respondent has not allotted any residential plot to the petitioner and, instead, has allotted plots to members who had subsequently applied and deposited the initial amount.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

4.The said submission is placed on record.
5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2022 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
