ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute under the guise of complaints lodged by the respondents 3 and 4.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.755 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was closed and that subsequently, the third respondent has lodged a complaint before the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the second respondent and is pending for enquiry. He would further submit that since the earlier complaint was closed, they have decided to close the present complaint.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
