ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to file the 1/4

final report in connection with Crime No.79 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police station.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.79 of 2022 on 01.03.2022 for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506(2) IPC.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that it is a job racketing case and that they have examined 5 witnesses and investigation is pending and seeks one month time to file a final report before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.79 of 2022 and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
