Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records in connection with the impugned order passed by the Labour Court, Tiruchirappalli in C.P. No. 10 of 1995 dated 28.09.2012 quash the same in so far as it relates to the denial of backwages to the petitioner and consequently directing the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

WMP(MD) No.1613 of 2023 1st Respondent to pay backwages from 06.10.1989 to till the date of reinstatement to the petitioner with effect from the date of award. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANJI.S, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is allowed on payment of Rs.200/-(Rupees Two Hundred only) by the petitioner to SIDDHA attached to Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.

After payment, Registry is directed to number the Review Application, if it is otherwise is order.
