O RDER This petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.78 of 2022 dated 20.01.2022 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.78 of 2022 and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Madurai through e-filing CCNo.6718/23 on 28.07.2023. Hence, at this stage, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
