Respondent PRAYER:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1)(b) r/w. 482 Cr.P.C., u/s. 483 (i)(b) of BNS Act, to modify the condition No.2 that "the petitioner's ready to appear before the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate Court at Manapparai daily twice at 10.00 am and 5.00 pm for a period of 30 days as and when required instead of the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police station daily twice at 10.00 am and 5.00 pm for a period of 30 days as and when required in Crl.M.P.No.4330 of 2024 order passed by the Principal District Judge at Thiruchirappalli, dated 22.08.2024.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition, dated 22.08.2024 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4330 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District Judge at Thiruchirappalli.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in the connected matter the petitioners are directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Manapparai. In view thereof, since the petitioners cannot be present at the both places simultaneously, the condition imposed in the present case is also modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Manapparai daily at 10.30 am for a period of three weeks and thereafter, the condition shall stand relaxed and further, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
