ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar to complete the trial in CC.No.38 of 2007 within the stipulated time.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working in Government Transport Department and so, not in a position to appear before the trial Court for each and every hearing.

3.The learned counsel for the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that in this case, so far 17 witnesses have been examined and posted on 06.12.2022, for examination of remaining witnesses. 4.In view of the above and considering the avocation of the petitioner, the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar is directed to complete the trial process in C.C.No.38 of 2007, within a period of five months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
