2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1/4

Kodaikanal, under Sections 138 and 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.61 of 2021, however, the trial has not been concluded so far. Hence, this Petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submits that it would suffice if this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal to conclude the trial in S.T.C.No.61 of 2021 within a time stipulated by this Court.

4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal to conclude the trial in S.T.C.No.61 of 2021 as per the seniority.
