Side) O RDER On that ground that P.Ws.1 to 3 have been examined before the trial Court, among three witnesses, two witnessed turned hostile and the third witness stated that he does not know the accused and not supported the case of the prosecution, now the trial process is going on, at this stage, the present petition has been filed citing the above said evidence.

2.At this juncture, there is no question of quashment of the proceedings. The trial must be taken to its logical end. The defences which are available to the petitioner can be raised only before the trial Court. 3.In view of the above, I find, absolutely no reason to entertain this petition at this stage. This petition deserves to be dismissed. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this criminal original Petition stands dismissed. There shall be a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial process within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petitions are closed.
