O R D E R This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate protection to the life and belongings of the petitioner and her husband.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and one Natrayakumar were fell in love with each other and the same was objected by their parents, since they belong to different community. The petitioner got married to the said Natrayakumar without the consent of the parents on 08.09.2023. Since the respondents 3 and 4 herein who are the parents are causing threat to them, the petitioner has given a representation dated 28.09.2023, seeking police protection.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that enquiry was conducted in CSR No.155 of 2023 and both the parties have appeared. The private respondents herein have given a statement that they will not make any trouble to the petitioner and her husband. 2/4

4. The statement is also placed on record. In view of the undertaking of the father of the petitioner, the matter has become unnecessary. If any trouble arises in future, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondent police for further relief.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
