ORDER : The Court made the following order:- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 468 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.192 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant is working as an Investing Manager in HDFC Bank. During regular check up, she found that the petitioner has pledged a covering jewel with the help of the second accused and cheated the bank to the tune of Rs.20,000/-. Hence, the case. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and a false complaint has been given. He would also submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence, as alleged by the prosecution and he was falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he would pray for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner and the other accused persons have cheated the de-facto complainant's bank to the tune of Rs.20,000/- by pledging covering jewels. He would strongly oppose to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the gravity of offence alleged to have been committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
