2. Inspite of repeated adjournment, learned counsel on record for the petitioner is not ready to argue the matter. It was posted on 09.02.2024, thereafter adjourned to 23.02.2024, 04.03.2024, 18.03.2024, 03.04.2024 and even today (29.11.2024), when the matter was called he sought adjournment.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
