The present writ petition has been filed by the employer challenging the garnishee order passed by the Employees' State Insurance Corporation, Tirunelveli.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that they have preferred E.S.I.O.P before the Labour Court, Tirunelveli and interim order has been granted. He further submits that they would pursue their remedy before the Labour Court, Tirunelveli.

3. Preserving the right of the petitioner to raise all the grounds, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
