PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the Ordinance No.8 of 2019 brought up by the present Tamil Nadu Government as Tamil Nadu Municipal Laws (Fifth Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 is null and void which is published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette on 19th November 2019.
