ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to pass suitable order for change of investigation on the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.384 of 2024 dated 27.08.2024 from the file of the third respondent to some other agency, within a time frame. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Cr.No.255 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 296(b) and 118(2) BNS.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
