ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.1 and 3 to provide necessary police protection as and when required to the petitioner and his family members for the peaceful performing of Pooja of Shri Vinayagar Temple situated in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.25085 of 2019 S.Sholapuram Village, S.P.Natham Post, Kallikudi Taluk, Madurai District by consider the petitioner's representations dated 29.05.2019, 01.07.2019 and 15.10.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 29.05.2019 and 01.07.2019 as against the respondents 4 to 7 and seeks police protection from the hands of the respondents 4 to 7.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the third respondent conducted an enquiry and after getting undertaking from the respondents 4 to 7, the complaint was closed on 07.08.2019 itself.

4.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
