2. The learned Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi, has sent a letter in D.No.8749 of 2025 dated 14.11.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of Cr.M.P.No.6562 of 2021 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 04.03.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is extended for disposing the case in Cr.M.P.No.6562 of 2021 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
