Praying this Court, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No. III, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District to expedite the trail in D.V.C.NO 3 of 2018, within a time frame fixed by this Hon`ble Court. ORDER:- This Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the affidavit and material papers filed, and the requisition letter submitted by the Judiial Magistrate No.III Nagercoil vide the letter in D.No.1192/2020 dated 05.12.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. G.Aravinthan, Advocate for the Petitioner and no appearance for respondents, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 29.11.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of DVC.No.3/2018 within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.1192/2020 dated 05.12.2020 wherein, the learned Judge citing Covid-19 lockdown has requested for extension of two months to comply with the above order.

3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.
