Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2.This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to refund the one month security deposit sum of Rs.84,800/- deposited by the petitioner for the Shop No.5032 situated at Vangal, Manmangalam Taluk Karur District, by considering the representations dated 11.06.2018 and 16.11.2019.

W.P.(MD) No.25075 of 2019 3.When the matter is taken up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would produce a proceedings of the second respondent/District Manager, TASMAC in Na.Ka.C.V.3:0749/2015 dated 06.09.2016, wherein, the license of the petitioner had already been cancelled for non-payment of arrears amount. Therefore, the question of refund arise only after this order is set aside.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that he will challenge the order dated 06.09.2016 in the manner known to law.

5.In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. No costs.
