This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first Respondent/the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Ramanathapuram Town, Ramanathapruam District not to harass the Petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the second Respondent. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first Respondent would submit that the FIR had been registered in Crime No.22 of 2022.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner is directed to cooperate with the pending enquiry. The first Respondent is directed to follow the guidelines issued in the reported ruling of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SSC 1.
