No. 1151/AA4/2015, on the file of the 4th Respondent and quash the same in respect of the petitioner, directing the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner Mrs. Rex Acseelia, as B.T. Assistant (English) in Fatima Girls Higher Secondary School, Vallioor, Thirunelveli District, with all service benefits. ORDER : This Sub Application Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.P.

Educational Officer will pay cost of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) each to the credit of Creche run by the Women Lawyers Association in the Madurai Bench premises.
