ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.110 of 2024 and file final report, within a time frame.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they have already examined seven witnesses in this case and seeks two months time to complete the investigation.

4.Recording the above submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Cr.No.110 of 2024 and file the final report, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
