ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.Not Known of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case that the petitioner herein is said to have been working in a Company which had base in Cambodia and the petitioner and the other victims who are introduced by the petitioner herein also were making fake calls and extracting money from the victims and now, it is seen that huge amount of money has been draining offshore and the detailed investigation is being undertaken by the respondent police, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
