Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 464/ 2020 :

To suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner/Appellant in S.C.No.127/2014 on the file of the Sessions Judge Fast Track Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram and enlarge him on bail pending disposal of the instant Criminal Appeal.

Prayer in Crl A(MD)No.36 of 2020:

To admit the appeal preferred by this Appelant/Accused and call for the records from the Trial Court in S.C.No. 127/2014 on the file of the Learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram and set aside the conviction and sentence dated 08.11.2019, imposed on the appellant.

Crl.M.P.(MD).No.14440 of 2022 Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 06.02.2020 in Crl.MP(MD) No.464 of 2020in Crl.A.(MD).No.36 of 2020.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.
