ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to issue non-traceable certificate to the petitioner with respect of the sale deed dated 27.02.2017 registered on 27.02.2017 in Doc.No. 362/2017 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Veerasigamani, Tenkasi District within a time frame.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent for missing of her sale deed in Doc.No.362/2017 dated 27.02.2017. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner filed the present petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1160 of 2024 has held that the non-traceable certificate is not at 2/4
all required and this Court directed the Sub Registrars not to insist for production of non-traceable certificate at the time of registration. 4.Considering the above, questioning of issuing non-traceable certificate does not arise and therefore, the Sub-Registrar, Veerasigamani, Tenkasi District is directed to follow the directions of this Court issued in W.A.No.1160 of 2024 dated 27.09.2024. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
