This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a directionto direct the respondents to file the final report with appropriate penal provisions in connection with the Crime No. 58 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent police by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2019. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation in Crime No. 58 of 2019 and also filed final report before the concerned court on 26.11.2019. 3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
