ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.06.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 9(m), 9(n) and 10 of POCSO Act r/w. 294(b), 506(ii) IPC in crime No. 22 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of allegation that the petitioner being a 60 years old man molested the victim child aged about 12 years and committed penetrative sexual assault on her, it is not a fit case for enlarging the petitioner on bail.
