ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 175 days in filing the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in 1/3

support of this petition.

3. The delay that occurred has been explained in detail by the petitioner in paragraph 6 of the affidavit. I am satisfied with the reasons. However, in view of the mere delay of 175 days, I am of the opinion that the delay could be condoned on condition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) to the credit of Legal Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
