ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2024 and to provide necessary police protection to the writ petitioner and his employees for their life and limb and to vacate their movable properties which is located in the fourth respondent's building property located at Malvarpatii Dindigul Post, Dindigul District within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/4

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that there existed landlord and tenant dispute between the writ petitioner and the fourth respondent and that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No.920 of 2024 came to be registered on 12.09.2024 and the same was ordered to be closed.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. The writ petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law. No costs.
