2.There is no representation on behalf of the respondent, though the name of the respondent is printed in the cause list. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner also.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.155 of 2022 pending on the file of Sub Court, Kovilpatti to the Family Court, Madurai for final disposal. The Sub Court, Kovilpatti is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Madurai forthwith. The Family Court, Madurai is directed to dispose H.M.O.P.No.155 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
