To MODIFY the order dated 15.06.2023 passed by this Honourable Court in C.M.P.(MD). No. 6827 of 2023 in C.R.P.(MD). No. 1375 of 2023 to the extent of permitting the petitioner to deposit the plaint mentioned sale advance amount alone on the file of Additional Sub Judge, Dindigul within the time stipulated by this Honoruable Court.

Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 22-02-2023 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2022 in O.S.No.98 of 2018 on the file of Additional Subordinate Judge, Dindigul by allowing the civil revision petition.

ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.PARANJOTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.H.LAKSHMI SHANKAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Ony) before the trial court and she has also filed a Memo along with copy of E.Challan, dated 10.10.2023. The said Memo is recorded.

2. Interim order already granted is extended till the disposal of the civil revision petition.
