When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that during the pendency of this petition, the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kuzhithurai and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.3525 of 2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
