No. 5361), now confined at Central Prison, Madurai for the purpose of attending death ceremony relating to the petitioner's sonin-law and grandson death for a period of 20 days by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 14.10.2024. For Petitioner : No Appearance For Respondents : Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar Additional Public Prosecutor.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition had been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to grant 20 days emergency leave without escort to the petitioner's husband namely Jeyakodi S/o. Mokkaraj convict prisoner No. 5361, now confined at Central Prison, Madurai. 2.On 17.10.2024, we had examined the facts and granted emergency leave to the husband of the petitioner, Jeyakodi S/o. Mokkaraj Convict Prisoner No.5361, confined at Central Prison, Madurai, for a period of three days from 18.10.2024 to 20.10.2024. 3.Today, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that after the expiry of leave, the husband of the petitioner had surrendered back to the prison authorities. 2/4

4.In view of the same, no further order is required. This writ petition stands closed.
