ORDER:- These Criminal Original Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court,dated 23/08/2022 and the requisition letter in D.No.30 of 2023 dated 04.01.2023 submitted by the Judicial Magistrate II, Nagercoil, this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in D.V.NO.12 of 2016. 2.By the order dated 23.08.2022, this Court directed the learned Judicial Magistrate NO.II, Nagercoil, to dispose of the case in D.V.NO.12 of 2016, pending on his file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, it was extended further. Now the learned Judicial Magistrate, requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.The counsel for the petitioner would submit that this is the third extension letter that has been sent by the trial Court without assigning any proper reasons.

4.However, considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, one month time is granted. The learned Judicial Magistrate, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
