ORDER

After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw this writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of the writ petitioner may please be preserved to file a fresh writ petition with regard to the same issue after arraying writ petitioner's step brother / step brother's son as corespondent/s.

2. Though obvious, if such a fresh writ petition is filed, it will be dealt with on its own merits.

3. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file in this regard. Endorsement is reiterated.

4. Permitted to withdraw.
