O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors/ respondents 2 and 3 for their willful and wanton disobedience of the order dated 26.09.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.22924 of 2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the contemnors has filed a counter affidavit, wherein, the first contemnor/second respondent has expressed his unconditional apology.

3. As rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, in Para No.4 of the affidavit, the first contemnor/second respondent has stated that during the pendency of the contempt petition closure report was served on the complainant, that the mistake occurred is neither willful nor wanton and there is no willful disobedience of the

order of this Court and that due to non-communication of the order dated 26.09.2024, he mistakenly sent summons to the first petitioner and hence, he is tendering his unconditional apology before this Court.
