Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned FIR in Crime No. 28/2024 dt. 12.09.2024 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police and to quash the same as illegal insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

The petitioners/accused in Crime No.28 of 2024 , on the file of the first respondent police have moved this petition to quash the above proceedings pending as against them.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Crime No. 28 of 2024 has already been completed, final report has also been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Kanniyakumari District, as action dropped. RCS Notice in RC.No.3 of 2025 has also been served on the petitioner.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has been filed as action dropped, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
