This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet No.692/2022 on the file of the 3rd respondent, by considering petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2023 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in December' 2023.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in the Month of December' 2023. 2/4
