Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Post Graduate Assistant Teacher in Tamil, pursuant to the notification by the third respondent dated 12.06.2019 for direct recruitment for the posts of Post Graduate Assistants / Physical Education Directors Grade-I 2018-2019.

W.P(MD)No.25023 of 2019 passed an order rejecting the claim of the petitioner and therefore, he sought for permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the rejection order. He also made an endorsement to that effect.
