respondents to dispose the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1301/2024/A2, dated 11.07.2024 and rectify the FMB in respect of survey number 1383/6 for an extent of 5 1⁄2 cents situated at Vilpatti Village, Kodaikannal Taluk, Dindigul District on the basis of petitioner's application, dated 02.09.2024 within time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner has filed a mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to rectify the defect in the measurement in the FMB. The said application has been made and requisite payment for the above has been made as early as on 12.12.2023. However, to date no steps have been taken to rectify the same.

2. Considering the request made by the petitioner, a mandamus is issued to the 3rd respondent to rectify the defect in the measurement in the FMB within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
