This petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate NO.1, Tirunelveli to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.277 of 2017 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the trial is in progress.

3.Considering the fact that the case is pending from 2017 onwards, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.277 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
