PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose the appeal dated 21.03.2019 preferred by the petitioner regarding counting 50% of service rendered by the petitioner as a Teacher Training Fellow in the second respondent University for a period of two years four months in terms of Syndicate Resolution No.93.301 dated 11.12.1993 and Syndicate Resolution No.95.52 dated 07.04.1995 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
