PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing these respondents 1 to 3 to enable to get a transfer of Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery (BSMS) for this petitioners daughter Vivitha by paying for the further course fees without any break in the 5th respondent college Govt. Siddha Medical College and Hospital Palayamkottai by getting a transfer from the 4th respondent college maria Siddha Medical College and Hospital Kanyakumari as per the petitioner's representation and reminder dated 31.07.2024 and 19.09.2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to enable transfer of Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery (BSMS) for the petitioner's daughter Vivitha by paying for the further course fees without any break in the 5th respondent college Govt. 2/5
Siddha Medical College and Hospital Palayamkottai by getting a transfer from the 4th respondent college maria Siddha Medical College and Hospital Kanyakumari as per the petitioner's representation and reminder dated 31.07.2024 and 19.09.2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
3. The petitioner's daughter is studying in the 4th respondent college and in order to transfer her to 5th respondent Government Siddha College, the petitioner made representation to the respondents 1 to 3. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that there is no possibility for transferring the petitioner's daughter from the 4th respondent College to 5th respondent college. However, the representation of the petitione rwould be considered on its own merits.
5. In view of the above, without going into the merits or the contentions raised by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with 3/5
a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.09.2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 23.10.2024 RR TO
