Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to instruct the third respondent to hand over the cooking vessels belongs to Chokkampatti Village enabling to offer Annathanam at Chokkampatti Jamin Annachathiram situated in Arulmigu Coutralanathar Swamy Thirukovil, Coutralam, Tenkasi District on account of Ippasi Visu from 09.10.2023 to 18.10.2023 on the basis of the representation dated 25.09.2023 within a stipulated time period in accordance with law.

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner can very well perform Annathanam in connection with Ippasi Visu Festival. The prayer for handing over the vessels belonging to Chokkampatti Jamin to the petitioner may not arise for the present. Liberty is given to the petitioner to agitate this issue later. 2/4

3. With this observation that the petitioner can very well perform Annathanam, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
