ORDER

By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that when he presented the judgment and decree passed by the learned District Munsif Cum Magistrate, Mudukulathur in O.S.No.102 of 2006 dated 06.12.2006, for registration, the respondent, vide refusal check slip dated 03.10.2024, has refused to register the same on the ground that the survey number mentioned in the said decree and judgment is shown as Government poramboke in the records of the respondent's office. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3.Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent, on instructions, submits that if the clear copy of the judgment and decree has been produced, the same would be registered by the respondent.

4.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce the clear copy of the judgment and decree to the respondent within a period of one 2/4

week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such production, the respondent is directed to register the same within a period of one week thereafter.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
