The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 13.11.2024, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.1,32,500/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Two Thousand and Five Hundred only) before the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Thoothukudi on 16.12.2024. A copy of the payment receipt has been produced to that effect. The said submission is recorded.
