"The petitioner seeks direction for temporary release for 15 days. It is stated in the petition that the petitioner's wife is pregnant and that she is likely to deliver a child shortly.

Prosecutor informed the Court that the petitioner's wife had already delivered a child on 21.09.2024 itself. We are of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this Crl.M.P.
