ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The case of the petitioner is that compensation must be paid for the lands acquired from them. Counter affidavit has been filed and it is admitted therein that Section 3(1) notification has already been published and that private negotiation is being conducted. The respondents 2 and 3 are directed to expedite the process. On being satisfied that the petitioners have title over the lands, award shall be passed. The petitioners shall receive the compensation without prejudice to their right to seek enhancement later. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
