W.P.(MD) No.25084 of 2019 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though a larger prayer is sought for, the petitioner would restrict his prayer only with respect to disposal of representation. 4.Therefore, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2019 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period to 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy this order. 5.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
